AGERE continues to invest in the improvement and modernization of services, this time with the acquisition of a new unblocking and recycling equipment, which enhances the fleet of the Water and Sanitation Operations Department (DEXP). Weighing 19 tons, this is the second vehicle of its kind recently added to the DEXP fleet, significantly boosting its operational capacity with high-performance, advanced technology equipment.
The new vehicle, representing an investment of approximately €600,000, is a sanitation equipment with a minimum capacity of around 9,000 liters and is equipped with a combined unblocking and recycling system.
“Investing in high-performance technological equipment allows us to ensure increasingly efficient and sustainable operations in the sanitation services we provide daily to all residents of Braga. It aligns with the company's continuous modernization strategy,” says Rui Sá Morais, Chairman of the Board
of Directors at AGERE.
The new vehicle is now ready to be integrated into the company’s daily operations, which manage a 1,200 km sanitation network.
