Energy Blackout Notice

We inform you that, due to the energy blackout that occurred yesterday, there may still be some disruptions in water supply throughout today. These disruptions may result in fluctuations in pressure and flow, and the water may occasionally appear slightly cloudy.
These occurrences are caused by air that accumulated in the pipes and the stirring up of small particles from the bottom of the reservoirs. Since it was impossible to refill them yesterday, some reached their minimum level — a situation that would not occur under normal operation. We are using all necessary tools and equipment to eliminate the trapped air and are carrying out controlled discharges at strategic points to clean the pipelines.
In the meantime, if you notice any discoloration in your water, we recommend letting it run for a few minutes.
We also inform you that the Water Safety Plan (WSP), has been activated, and all safety measures outlined therein have been successfully implemented, in coordination with the municipal Civil Protection authorities.
We are working diligently to minimize the impact and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
