how to read an Agere invoice
01. Contract holder details: Name, NIF, customer number and account number;
02. Address: Address for sending correspondence;
03. Consumption Location Data: Number and Address of the consumption location;
04. Billing period: Time interval for which the invoice is issued;
05. Payment deadline: Amount to be paid and date by which the invoice must be paid. After this deadline, interest will be charged and the service may be suspended;
06. Summary of services charged on the invoice: Water, sanitation, waste, taxes, VAT and others;
07. Billing graph: Graphical diagram of the water billed amounts, with the average daily consumption, in m3, over the last twelve months;
08. Current account: Summary of transactions made in the account. Please note: the balance may not include the total amount owed, so be aware of the message that the debt can only be settled at branches and in the current account. If you have already settled the amounts in the “previous balance” section, only consider the current balance;
09. Communication of Readings: Period for communicating readings, via the free line 800501133;
10. Messages: Space reserved for informative messages;
11. Contacts: Telephone and internet;
12. Payment details: Information on payment methods and locations.
13. Invoice Number;
14. Tariff: Identifies the tariff according to the purpose for which the consumption is intended;
15. Meter: Number of meter installed;
16. Previous Reading: Date and value of the last actual reading considered for billing purposes;
17. Current Reading: Date and value of the actual reading for the purposes of this invoice;
18. Measured/actual consumption:Difference between the two actual readings for the indicated billing period;
19. Description of the billed concepts: Water bill: Billed consumption (billed in stages, taking into account the tariff and billing period) and Water availability tariff (fixed monthly amount – set according to the type of user and the meter size);Sanitation bill: Wastewater drainage tariff (billed according to the tariff and the volume of water consumed) and Wastewater availability tariff (fixed monthly amount, set according to the type of user and the meter size); Waste bill:Variable Waste Tariff (billed according to the tariff and volume of water consumed) and Fixed Waste Tariff (Fixed monthly amount, set according to the type of user);Payments to the State:Water and sanitation resource fee (applies to water consumption and effluent discharge) and Waste management fee (Fixed monthly amount according to the type of user);
20. Invoice QR Code– When reading this code through the e-invoice, the invoices are immediately registered;
21. Average unit costassociated with the high-volume urban waste management service;
